It's late July and the Pirates are trading with ... the Yankees?

Doesn't this new management group know about the Chicago-Pittsburgh Garbage Pact? This is the 10-year anniversary, after all.

That was my first reaction too. What a slap in the face to the Cubs. If the Pirates aren't careful, the Cubs may begin shipping their talentless AA prospects elsewhere.
